Field Reimbursement Manager

Responsibilities

• Minimize access and reimbursement barriers for patients and healthcare providers
• Resolve complex reimbursement issues, including prior authorizations, appeals, and denials
• Educate practices and staff on reimbursement support programs, coverage, coding, and payer policies
• Partner with Market Access, Patient Services, and Field Sales to support compliant patient access
• Share payer policy updates, customer insights, and access barriers with internal teams
• Handle PHI in accordance with HIPAA and company compliance policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience resolving patient access challenges in a healthcare or reimbursement setting
• Strong knowledge of the US healthcare system, reimbursement policies, and patient assistance programs
• Understanding of HIPAA and proper handling of PHI
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel greater than 75%
