Field Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned tasks on construction site ensuring contractors are progressing per schedule
• Interact directly with contractors and subcontractors to ensure workmanship meets client expectations
• Manage project tasks including scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budget, and milestones
• Identify project site threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
• Drive application of standard processes and continuous improvement in project management
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and foster collaboration among vendors
• Act as the primary interface between project leaders, contractors, and subcontractors

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or Manufacturing
• Experience leading projects within a regulated manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in FDA-regulated environments
• Proven track record of cross-functional team collaboration
• Experience with financial management, resource planning, and forecasting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
• Authorized to work in Germany without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ISO 7 and ISO8
• Practical knowledge of C&Q and validation processes in regulated environments
• Previous experience with manufacturing brownfield projects
