Field Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact point for customers, field engineers, and internal stakeholders
• Provide daily and weekly reports on field status and feedback
• Respond to technical and operational issues and identify root causes
• Coordinate with internal PMs and development teams regarding customer requests and improvements
• Conduct regular site visits (monthly or every 3 months) and site inspections (2-3 times per week)
• Oversee robot installation, commissioning, quality control, and schedule management
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or technical operations/field management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of responsibility for schedule and quality management
• Ability to travel to regional sites frequently
• Proficiency in documentation (project progress, issue reports, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in robotics, factory/logistics automation, or automated forklifts
• English communication proficiency
