Field Project Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet all technical, financial, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate all contract activities from project award through the completion of installation or modernization
• Provide progress reviews to ensure contract documents align with the required project scope
• Communicate with general contractors, owners, architects, and regulatory agencies regarding design and scheduling
• Collaborate with internal sales staff, superintendents, and senior leadership to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage construction process duties including billing, contractor payments, RFIs, and change orders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required or currently pursuing (must be awarded prior to Summer 2026 start date)
• Engineering degree or a related field is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Geographic mobility and location flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior project management internship experience
