About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative operations supporting Field Representatives and Regional Managers
- Maintain clean data and ensure accurate lead routing
- Support chapter operations and provide consistent administrative support across assigned regions
- Work closely with field leadership and internal administrative teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Execute specialty assignments tied to specific administrative functions or program needs
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Google Apps, Airtable, and HubSpot
- Proficiency with X, Instagram, and Facebook
- Experience planning or executing events, outreach, or recruitment programs
- Passion for conservative ideas and principles
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting regional or territory-based teams
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and data management systems
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
- Experience supporting field, grassroots, or campus-based programs
