Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to educating students about the importance of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. With a presence on over 5,000 campuses in all fifty states, Turning Point USA is one of the largest youth organizations in the country.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative operations serving Field Representatives and Regional Managers
• Maintain clean data and ensure accurate lead routing
• Support chapter operations and provide consistent administrative support across assigned regions
• Work closely with field leadership and internal administrative teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
• Handle specialty assignments tied to specific administrative functions or program needs

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Google Apps, Airtable, and HubSpot
• Proficiency with X, Instagram, and Facebook
• Passion for conservative ideas and principles
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting regional or territory-based teams
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or data management systems
• Experience supporting field, grassroots, campus, or outreach-based programs
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
