Field Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide process support and troubleshooting at client sites for ALD, EPI, PEALD, CVD, and CMP business functions
• Evaluate and identify current customer needs and new opportunities to build long-term sustainable relationships
• Drive and manage new product penetration, installation, and subsequent process development
• Develop and maintain technical information used by internal and external stakeholders
• Define project scope and resource planning in alignment with Business Units
• Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience through team and process development

Requirements

• Master's Degree or above in an Engineering discipline
• 3+ years of technical experience in the Semiconductor or Capital Equipment industry
• Hands-on experience with CVD, ALD, EPI, PECVD, or CMP
• Fluent English and Mandarin verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
• Proven success in building collaborative partnerships with customers and internal organizations
