About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive optimal performance and continuous improvement among suppliers through regular site visits and direct engagement.
- Review and analyze site performance metrics, including cycle time, build quality, and tool utilization.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of performance deficiencies and troubleshoot real-time safety or construction discrepancies.
- Partner with Suppliers to provide feedback, recommendations, and implement standardized ways of working.
- Collaborate with Senior Construction Managers and Project Management teams to validate construction drawings and support site access.
- Design and develop process improvements for site construction and collaborate with automation teams to increase efficiency.
- Support Governance for quarterly Supplier business reviews (QBR) by reporting field findings and recommended actions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of general construction processes, procedures, and scope estimation.
- Experience managing and directing general contractor suppliers (Civils, Ground, L&A, Backhaul, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage contracts and demonstrate strong financial acumen.
- Completion of an approved OSHA 30-hour course for the telecommunications industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence external business partners.
- Proficiency in performance analytics and the ability to use data to identify areas for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with the Ericsson equipment portfolio.
- Experience providing design solutions and guidance on order of operations.
