About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive optimal performance and continuous improvement among suppliers through regular site visits and direct engagement.
  • Review and analyze site performance metrics, including cycle time, build quality, and tool utilization.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of performance deficiencies and troubleshoot real-time safety or construction discrepancies.
  • Partner with Suppliers to provide feedback, recommendations, and implement standardized ways of working.
  • Collaborate with Senior Construction Managers and Project Management teams to validate construction drawings and support site access.
  • Design and develop process improvements for site construction and collaborate with automation teams to increase efficiency.
  • Support Governance for quarterly Supplier business reviews (QBR) by reporting field findings and recommended actions.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of general construction processes, procedures, and scope estimation.
  • Experience managing and directing general contractor suppliers (Civils, Ground, L&A, Backhaul, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage contracts and demonstrate strong financial acumen.
  • Completion of an approved OSHA 30-hour course for the telecommunications industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence external business partners.
  • Proficiency in performance analytics and the ability to use data to identify areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with the Ericsson equipment portfolio.
  • Experience providing design solutions and guidance on order of operations.
