Field & Partner Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of 10–12 regional field and partner marketing activities each quarter
• Develop integrated campaigns including executive roundtables, leadership dinners, webinars, and roadshows
• Execute joint marketing campaigns with key technology partners such as AWS and Microsoft
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and SDR teams to align marketing activities with commercial goals
• Manage end-to-end demand generation, including target account selection and lead qualification
• Measure and report on marketing performance indicators such as pipeline contribution and ROI
• Analyze campaign data to optimize messaging, audience segmentation, and event structure

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B field marketing, partner marketing, or event execution
• Proven experience in technology or enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience in ROI tracking and performance metrics
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Cvent is preferred
• Willingness to travel across UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan
