Field Operator

Responsibilities

• Manage the full worker funnel, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and converting applicants into placement-ready workers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with workers and community partners to drive the worker pipeline
• Oversee end-to-end worker vetting, drug testing, and onboarding, including leading large group onboarding sessions
• Coordinate interviews and start schedules for new hires across various customer sites
• Distribute PPE and provide on-site support at customer facilities to assist with new starts and escalations
• Maintain proactive communication with HQ regarding market trends, funnel issues, or coverage risks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing roles (e.g., staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, or retail)
• Strong recruiting and screening instincts
• Ability to run group onboarding sessions and present to large groups
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to remain adaptable and work in fast-paced warehouse or field environments
• Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual communication skills (English & Spanish)
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
