About the role

Responsibilities

Manage the full worker funnel, including sourcing, screening, and converting applicants into placement-ready workers
Build and maintain strong relationships with workers and local community partners to drive the talent pipeline
Oversee end-to-end worker vetting, drug testing, and onboarding processes
Lead large group onboarding sessions to prepare workers for their first shifts
Coordinate interviews and start schedules to match workers with appropriate customer sites
Distribute PPE and provide on-site support at customer facilities as needed
Maintain proactive communication with HQ regarding market trends and coverage risks

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing roles (e.g., staffing, manufacturing, retail, or coordination)
Strong recruiting, screening, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to run group onboarding sessions and present to large audiences
Flexibility to work in fast-paced warehouse and field environments
Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Competitive hourly base pay ($23 – $27 per hour)
