About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full worker funnel, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and converting applicants into placement-ready workers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with workers, workforce centers, and local community organizations to drive the talent pipeline
- Oversee end-to-end worker vetting and onboarding, including conducting large group onboarding sessions
- Coordinate interviews and start schedules for new hires across various customer sites
- Distribute and manage PPE and provide on-site support at customer facilities to assist with new starts and escalations
- Maintain proactive communication with HQ regarding market trends, funnel issues, or coverage risks
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments (e.g., staffing, manufacturing, retail, or coordination)
- Strong recruiting instincts and the ability to source and screen candidates effectively
- Ability to run large group onboarding sessions and present confidently to workers
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic warehouse and field environments
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
