Responsibilities

• Visit customer farms and scan fields with AI-powered camera systems to collect farm data
• Drive ATVs through farm rows for extended periods to scan trees, vines, and plants
• Conduct precise field scouting, including counting trees, vines, and fruit to collect ground truth data
• Drive 1-3 hours to customer farms for training and deployments
• Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and training for FruitScope vision systems
• Conduct on-farm demos for prospective customers
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and relay insights to engineering and customer success teams

Requirements

• Prior agriculture or field work experience
• Ability to spend many hours working outdoors
• Comfortable driving 1-3 hours daily to customer farms
• Ability to lift at least 20 lbs to set up camera systems
• Comfortable driving an ATV around farms for extended periods
• Customer-first mindset with high responsiveness and reliability
• Proactive problem-solver and self-starter capable of working independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in agriculture
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with digital tools like Google Workspace and Slack
• Flexibility to work irregular hours to align with growers' schedules
