Orchard Robotics is a Series A startup backed by top VCs like Quiet Capital, Shine Capital, and General Catalyst. We're securing America’s food supply by building the AI farmer that automates our nation’s farms.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer farms and scan fields with AI-powered camera systems to collect farm data
• Operate equipment including ATVs on the farm for extended periods
• Drive 1-3 hours daily to customer farms for training and technology deployments
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, requests, and support needs
• Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and training for FruitScope vision systems
• Conduct on-farm demos for prospective customers
• Relay customer insights and suggestions back to engineering teams

Requirements

• Prior agriculture or field work experience
• Comfortable spending many hours outdoors
• Ability to lift at least 20 lbs to set up camera systems
• Comfortable driving ATVs around farms for extended periods
• Customer-first mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
• Self-starter capable of working independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in agriculture
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for frequent travel
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, especially in ag-tech
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and HubSpot
• Flexibility to work irregular hours to align with growers' schedules
