Responsibilities

• Lead the WA-based ETO field team including recruitment, development, performance management, and training
• Roster and coordinate the relocation and deployment of enforcement trailer systems
• Troubleshoot and carry out in-field maintenance and technical support on deployed systems
• Mentor emerging leaders within the ETO team
• Deliver training and accreditation for assigned programs like the TS1 Speed Enforcement Program
• Represent Acusensus and enforcement operators at court appearances as required
• Contribute to R&D testing and deployment initiatives

Requirements

• Current driver's licence with an exceptionally good driving record
• Access to a vehicle capable of towing the enforcement trailer
• Current WHS White Card
• Ability to safely tow and reverse heavy trailers
• Mechanical awareness to perform minor maintenance on a 2,000kg trailer
• High School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent
• Willingness to undergo police and driving history background checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading teams with backgrounds in emergency services
• Prior exposure to technical field operations or equipment deployment
