Field Operations Support Driver

Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle safety inspections and maintain company vehicles to a high standard
• Safely transport water coolers and drinking water systems to customer sites across London and surrounding areas
• Meet Field Service Technicians at scheduled appointments to support installations and equipment swaps
• Assist with unloading, positioning, and handling equipment using safe manual handling techniques
• Collect returned equipment from customer sites and transport it back to the Service Centre
• Provide efficient courier services between customer locations and business sites
• Maintain accurate delivery, collection, and equipment records
• Deliver professional customer service during all interactions

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence with maximum 6 penalty points
• Minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience
• Experience driving a 3.5T vehicle
• Excellent knowledge of London and surrounding road networks
• Ability to handle and move heavy equipment safely
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Reliable, organised, and customer-focused

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift licence
• Experience in logistics, field support, or courier operations
