Globall Concepts is a sports management company with over 25 years of experience in facility management, player development, and event operations. Our purpose is to enrich the lives of everyone who participates in sports by providing exceptional support, instruction, and experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of fields before and after practices, games, and events
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of playing areas and facilities
- Coordinate field assignments and schedules to ensure smooth operations
- Support coaches, referees, and volunteers during training sessions and matches
- Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting any issues promptly
- Provide excellent customer service to players, parents, and spectators
- Support special events, tournaments, and clinics as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Evening and weekend availability during the soccer season
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with physical tasks
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (preferred)
- Experience in sports or recreational activities is a plus
