About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing dealer clients within an assigned territory.
- Conduct daily in-person dealership consultations to provide data analysis and recommendations on marketing creative, offers, and cadence.
- Partner with OEM field representatives to coordinate marketing improvements and facilitate joint consultations.
- Drive key performance indicator (KPI) improvement by examining client performance and identifying opportunities within fixed operations.
- Communicate program value propositions to dealership management, including Dealer Principals and General Managers.
- Manage client retention, product penetration, and growth of assigned dealerships.
- Act as a liaison between dealer clients and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate dealer contacts and business activity within Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business (automotive or marketing preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive or marketing industries.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight stays.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong ability to work autonomously and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
