About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing dealer clients within an assigned territory
- Conduct daily in-person dealership consultations to provide data analysis and marketing recommendations
- Partner with OEM field representatives to coordinate marketing improvements and joint consultations
- Analyze client performance and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth in fixed operations
- Communicate program value propositions and marketing strategies to dealership management, including Dealer Principals and General Managers
- Manage client retention, product penetration, and the enrollment of new orders for custom campaigns
- Act as a liaison between dealer clients and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction
- Maintain accurate dealer contacts and business activity records in Salesforce.com
- Achieve assigned sales and retention targets through proactive relationship management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business (automotive or marketing preferred) or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in automotive or marketing industries
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight stays
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
