Field Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the region to document heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers for online auctions.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of assets to bring them to life for nationwide buyers.
• Gather and organize critical documentation, including service records and titles.
• Complete detailed and accurate listing sheets and enter customer information into the CRM.
• Communicate the auction process clearly to sellers and represent the company professionally.
• Assist in preparing assets for sale, such as cleaning assets or jump-starting vehicles.
• Support the Marketing department with the creation of social media videos and promotional materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver's license.
• 1+ year of professional experience.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform demanding tasks like climbing on or under heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of heavy agriculture, construction, or fleet equipment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and electronic data capture tools.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in auctions or bid calling.
