Field Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute tower-top and rigging tasks to meet project schedules
• Complete Jobsite Hazard Assessments (JHA) and escalate safety issues
• Deploy and maintain site-appropriate rigging and access solutions
• Perform RF and fiber terminations
• Maintain and organize work trucks, tools, rigging, and consumables
• Support shop and truck inventory control and restocking
• Provide field feedback to improve SOPs and processes
• Assist with logistics including lodging and training coordination

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of field experience climbing towers and performing installations
• Demonstrated experience with monopole, guyed, SST towers, rooftops, and water tanks
• Proficiency in tower rigging and fall-protection systems
• Knowledge of RF/fiber termination and electrical fundamentals (AC/DC, grounding)
• Ability to operate vehicles, trailers, and aerial lifts
• Strong situational awareness and adherence to safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• NWSA TTT-1 certification
• Tower Rescue certification
• First Aid/CPR certification
• OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification
• Experience with OTDR and spectrum interpretation
