Field Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct 15-20 handypersons in the field and foster a vibrant team culture
• Mentor and coach team members through daily reports, metrics, and training
• Optimize schedules and handle real-time escalations to ensure seamless member experiences
• Perform pre-scope tasks and provide on-call troubleshooting support
• Recruit and onboard new talent to build a high-performing pipeline
• Collaborate with the General Manager on market and operations development projects

Requirements

• 15+ years of expertise in home/property maintenance, construction, or general contracting
• 5+ years of experience managing remote teams, including hiring and training
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Active General Contractor license (preferred)
• Ability to spend 50%-70% of time in the field
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and current proof of insurance
