Responsibilities
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure high operational standards
- Coordinate maintenance tasks and manage vendor visits
- Manage move-in and move-out inspections for properties
- Support tenant and owner requests promptly and professionally
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and operational updates
- Ensure all managed properties meet company quality standards
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license
- Access to a personal vehicle (mandatory for daily travel across Dubai)
- 2+ years of experience in property management, facilities, hospitality, or field operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred
