Field Operations Beverage Technician

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, deployment, setup, operation, troubleshooting and breakdown of BoxBar equipment
• Monitor equipment during live events and respond quickly to technical issues
• Carry out basic mechanical, electrical or operational troubleshooting
• Train venue teams, event staff and client representatives on machine functionality
• Liaise with clients, venues and internal teams before, during and after events
• Complete detailed post-event reports covering performance and client feedback
• Support warehouse preparation of machines and equipment

Requirements

• Experience in events, hospitality, beverage operations, field service, or technical operations
• Experience with beverage dispense, draft systems, or cellar equipment
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Practical mechanical or electrical troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure live environments
• Willingness to travel regularly across the US
• Valid driver’s license
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in stadiums, arenas, festivals, or high-volume hospitality environments
• Experience supporting hardware, automation, kiosks, or POS systems
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA-10, ServSafe Alcohol, or TIPS
