About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the project team to oversee and process daily administration for the job/project
- Order and maintain office supplies, manage expense reports, payroll, and mail
- Process project paperwork including Trade Subcontractor Invoices, certificates of insurance, bonds, onsite payroll, and lien waivers
- Manage Subcontractor workflow regarding the review and approval process
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and Project Accountants
- Complete HR administrative projects including onboarding, compliance, and benefits paperwork
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and email
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Experience in the construction industry
- Previous experience with D365 Finance and Operations software
