About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the project team to oversee and process daily administration for the job/project
  • Order and maintain office supplies, manage expense reports, payroll, and mail
  • Process project paperwork including Trade Subcontractor Invoices, certificates of insurance, bonds, onsite payroll, and lien waivers
  • Manage Subcontractor workflow regarding the review and approval process
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and Project Accountants
  • Complete HR administrative projects including onboarding, compliance, and benefits paperwork

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in office administration or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and email
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Previous experience with D365 Finance and Operations software
