Field Nurse Educator

Responsibilities

• Provide direct educational training to patients regarding specific disease states and assigned medications.
• Coordinate and facilitate connections between patients and program-approved, patient-based resources.
• Deliver patient-focused education to promote behavioral change and improve treatment compliance.
• Foster appropriate dialogue between patients and their healthcare providers.
• Interact with enrolled patients through various channels including in-person, telephone, video platforms, email, and SMS.
• Support multiple disease states and medications as required by the program.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in good standing (compact multi-state license preferred).
• 5+ years of clinical experience in healthcare, including hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 60-70% within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and iPad technology.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/field environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or BSN.
• Previous experience as a Nurse Educator.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
