Field Nurse Educator

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, disease-specific education and training related to prescribed medications
• Facilitate connections between patients and approved educational resources
• Support multiple disease states and therapies to promote treatment adherence
• Encourage effective communication and dialogue between patients and their healthcare providers
• Engage with patients through various channels including in-person visits, phone, video, email, and SMS

Requirements

• Active RN license in state of residence (compact multi-state license preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in healthcare settings
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 60-70%
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and iPad technology
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or BSN
• Prior experience as a nurse educator
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience in direct patient interaction focused on adherence and persistence
