Field Network Technician

About the Company

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and deployment of new infrastructure for upcoming launches
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and L1 network-related issues within data centers
• Manage and coordinate remote IT operations by collaborating with smart hands in co-located facilities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation detailing service operations and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in project planning and technical problem-solving
• Strong understanding of network technologies, including data center, server and network equipment
• Proficiency in IT hardware components, diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel regularly for business trips
• Relevant entry-level certifications (e.g., CCNA)
• Valid Driving License
