Field Monitoring Quality Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner by analyzing vehicle and field data to identify issues impacting customer experience and performance
• Design and implement customer surveys and feedback frameworks to assess product satisfaction
• Analyze large volumes of unstructured data from social media, web forums, and call center logs
• Support end-to-end root cause analysis (RCA) for vehicle systems including powertrain and high-voltage batteries
• Define and implement strategies for collecting and analyzing large-scale connected vehicle data
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models for anomaly detection, failure prediction, and sentiment analysis
• Partner with engineering teams to establish vehicle data policies and telemetry requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or data science
• 5+ years of experience in technical data processing, preferably in automotive
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and HTML/CSS
• Experience deploying AI-based solutions and building AI-powered products
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Databricks data warehouse systems
• Experience with Power BI and PowerApps
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems such as powertrain, battery, and telematics
