Field Marketing Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Represent exclusive brands at events, retail locations, trade shows, and community engagements
• Create memorable customer experiences to drive brand awareness and generate sales leads
• Showcase Jacuzzi and Skybrook Kitchen brands at retail partner locations to drive qualified appointments
• Engage potential customers through friendly, informative, and consultative conversations
• Schedule sales appointments and support lead nurturing through follow-up initiatives
• Support new market initiatives and assist in the training of new team members

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including most evenings and weekends
• Reliable local transportation for travel to events with promotional materials
• Ability to stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales
