About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field marketing programs including executive roundtables, roadshows, hosted dinners, and third-party sponsorships
- Partner with regional Sales and SDRs to align programs to account and territory priorities
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, invitations, and content
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Content teams
- Track and report program ROI including MQLs, meetings, SQOs, and influenced pipeline
- Manage the regional field marketing budget and forecasting
- Support ABM motions by aligning field activities to target account lists
Requirements
- 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation
- Proven track record of executing multi-format events with measurable pipeline impact
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working closely with Sales teams, ideally in technology or SaaS
- Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM/MA tools like Salesforce or Marketo
- Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam
- Fluency in Dutch and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth cloud, data, or AI company
- Experience managing third-party agencies and event vendors
