Field Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute a unified brand experience across the Ohio and Midwest territory through community engagement and event activation.
• Plan and execute consumer events, including product demos, workshops, and run/hike clubs to build brand affinity.
• Manage regional brand ambassadors by providing training, facilitating product needs, and ensuring adherence to community guidelines.
• Drive retail education by conducting in-store and online training sessions to develop product experts and brand champions.
• Execute point-of-purchase displays and support merchandising guidelines to enhance the in-store shopper experience.
• Manage local marketing budgets and travel expenses while tracking KPIs using identified tools.
• Provide local content and insights on industry trends, competitor benchmarking, and product feedback.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of practical experience in the running, outdoor, or sneaker industry.
• B.S. or B.A. in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in budget management.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 85% within the designated territory.
