Field Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Field Marketing Manager to establish goals that encourage product trial and build engagement on and off campus.
• Provide guidance, resources, and support to Student Marketeers to execute creative campus programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor Student Marketeers, fostering professional growth and leadership development.
• Plan and support local events, community activations, and marketing initiatives relevant to local audiences.
• Build relationships with students, creators, and community leaders to shape local culture and brand presence.
• Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to increase product availability and visibility in university communities.
• Use consumer insights and local trends to identify new opportunities for engagement and innovation.
• Manage local operational needs, including product inventory, branded materials, and program resources.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing people.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to travel 40-50%.
• Strong communication, networking, and project management skills.
