Field Marketing Specialist North

Responsibilities

• Implement field marketing strategies to build brand image and increase product understanding at a local level
• Drive consumer trial through activities aligned with brand values and international guidelines
• Support the development and execution of locally relevant marketing innovations
• Create and support key events and marketing opportunities within relevant local scenes
• Hire, train, and lead the Student Marketeers team to drive consumer conversion
• Manage the Student Marketeer program setup to ensure optimal reach within target groups

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Marketing, or Sales
• Proven experience in event organization and marketing activations
• Experience managing people and leading teams
• University Degree (minimum 3 years), ideally with a focus on Marketing
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, planning, budgetary, and project management skills
• Willingness to travel 70-80% within the assigned region

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong networking skills and established relationships within local core scenes (Culture, Sports, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of the local student community and university landscape
• A creative mindset with a track record of implementing new ideas and assessing results
