Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and execute field marketing and ABM programs for the EMEA startup segment
• Identify and execute key industry events and conferences to drive pipeline
• Design and host premium experiences for founders and technical decision-makers
• Cultivate relationships within the global startup and venture capital ecosystem
• Architect full-funnel ABM playbooks in partnership with Sales and PMM
• Use data to test, measure, and refine marketing programs and revenue impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Developer Experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing and Demand Gen
• Hands-on experience running ABM strategies
• Experience marketing to engineering audiences or within AI, devtools, or cloud computing
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for strategic adjustments
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to travel approximately 30% globally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing to developer communities or running technical content programs
• Existing relationships within the regional venture and startup ecosystem
• Experience in both high-growth startups and large-scale enterprise organizations
