Field Marketing Manager - Urology

Responsibilities

• Accelerate product adoption through market development, patient education, and localized marketing programs.
• Increase awareness of disease states and treatment options among referring physicians and patients.
• Identify local market opportunities including PR, patient advocacy, and hospital marketing partnerships.
• Conduct patient education seminars, community outreach programs, and in-office tutorials.
• Develop and implement targeted patient outreach initiatives and co-marketing programs.
• Partner closely with Territory and Regional Executives to execute marketing tactics.
• Enable patient access to trained implanters and share best practices for practice efficiency.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, advertising, marketing, or promotions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel.
• Demonstrated business partnering skills and the ability to build immediate rapport.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as a self-driven, analytical, and creative thinker.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical device industries.
• Experience working with sales and marketing databases.
