Field Marketing Manager - Urology

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the adoption of key urology products through market development and localized marketing programs
• Increase referring physician and patient awareness of disease states and treatment options
• Identify local market opportunities including PR, patient advocacy, or hospital marketing partnerships
• Conduct patient education seminars, community outreach programs, and in-office tutorials
• Develop and implement targeted patient outreach initiatives and co-marketing programs
• Enable patient access to the right implanters and address local market barriers
• Partner closely with Territory and Regional Executives to execute marketing tactics
• Share best practices with customers to improve practice efficiency and patient flow
• Provide minimal clinical case and OR support as needed

Requirements

• BA or BS degree
• 5 years of experience in sales, account management, advertising, marketing, or promotions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs, specifically Excel
• Excellent verbal communication and business partnering skills
• Ability to build immediate rapport and work independently
• Must be able to travel 75% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Experience in medical device sales
