Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative field marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and engagement
• Generate event and local partnership leads and maintain industry relationships
• Coordinate and oversee marketing events, campaigns, and promotional activities
• Oversee the Kindness Team, including strategic scheduling and in-store campaign execution
• Plan and facilitate logistics for all events, including site visits and pre-event meetings
• Document events with photos, videos, and interviews for social media and presentations
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide monthly reports
• Align field marketing efforts with overall business objectives in collaboration with Sales Directors

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in marketing and promotions
• 1-2 years of proven event management experience
• 1-2 years of project management experience
• Proven track record of generating revenue from events
• Proficiency in Excel, Canva, and project management software
• Background in photography and content capture
• Ability to work unpredictable hours including evenings and weekends
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Reliable transportation is required
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience within a regulated environment
• Experience working in the cannabis industry
