About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional field events and demand generation programs within budget
- Research, plan, and maintain the Snowflake online calendar of physical and virtual events
- Manage end-to-end logistics, event themes, vendor relationships, and sales staffing
- Collaborate with the Alliances organization on strategic sponsorships and partner event execution
- Maintain alignment with sales leaders regarding pre- and post-event communication and promotion strategy
- Evaluate event campaign impact and ROI to forecast future investments
- Manage and maintain the regional field marketing budget
- Set goals and define metrics for each event, including targeted lead flow
- Manage internal communication between sales and marketing teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
- Proven success managing field marketing programs for large enterprise sales organizations
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and WordPress
- Proficiency with office productivity applications (Microsoft Office, Google Apps)
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and dedicate a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
