About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, hire, train, and motivate a team of 5-15 hourly In Store Marketers
- Meet or exceed budgeted staffing hours, lead flow, productivity, and net revenue
- Establish and build relationships with retail store management and associates
- Monitor weekly performance reports and conduct performance appraisals
- Oversee the Take-The-Lead Program and build positive relationships with store management
- Coordinate with HR to target staffing needs and alternative recruiting sources
- Perform mystery shopping for coaching and training purposes
Requirements
- High School education or equivalent (College degree preferred)
- Experience managing and developing non-exempt associates
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent travel within assigned territory
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work from a home-based office
