Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of practice-specific marketing campaigns to engage clients and drive revenue growth.
• Create high-impact campaign and channel strategies based on business priorities and audience needs.
• Act as a liaison between Marketing and client-facing sales teams to ensure alignment of priorities and monitor program performance.
• Develop marketing and sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and digital assets.
• Determine the ideal channel mix, including content marketing, paid media, email, social, and sponsorships.
• Manage the production of marketing content in collaboration with creative teams and external agencies.
• Analyze campaign data and segment audiences to optimize lead generation and outbound programs.
• Build and maintain internal communications plans, including sales enablement materials and tax alerts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Minimum of 5 years of related marketing work experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with Marketing Automation Solutions (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot).
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to execute projects with minimal direction and communicate professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with data and project management tools such as PowerBi, ClickUp, or SmartSheet.
• Experience in professional services marketing and understanding of complex sales cycles.
