Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish Red Bull’s local presence by infusing global and national strategies into field activities.
• Build and maintain a high-quality network of local influencers, opinion leaders, and media outlets.
• Create and implement marketing initiatives across Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture, and Communications.
• Partner with regional sales teams to increase brand availability in On Premise and Off Premise environments.
• Source, hire, train, and manage a team of Field Marketing Specialists and Student Marketeers.
• Manage regional budgets, field expenses, and identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead market intelligence efforts by sharing consumer trends and competitor activity with national teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience.
• Proven people management experience, including hiring, training, and motivating teams.
• Experience in commercial, sales, or trade marketing environments.
• Strong background in negotiation and budget management.
• Excellent communication, networking, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel 50-60% of the time.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in cross-functional teams.
