About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, planning, and execution of U.S. field marketing programs to support pipeline and revenue goals
- Lead the full lifecycle of U.S. field events including industry conferences, roadshows, and executive dinners
- Manage social media campaigns across LinkedIn and Reddit to increase brand awareness
- Track and report on field marketing performance, including pipeline contribution and event ROI
- Maintain strong working relationships with sales leadership to align marketing activity with revenue outcomes
- Partner with content teams to ensure event messaging and collateral are on-brand and compelling
- Manage program budgets, including forecasting and spend tracking
Requirements
- 5+ years of field marketing experience with direct ownership of programs and events
- B2B experience preferred
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and executive engagement
- Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like Pardot
- Experience with event management platforms such as Swoogo, Bizzabo, or Eventbrite
- Ability to travel up to 25–40%
- Based near Chicago
