Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the APAC events calendar including executive dinners, customer roundtables, partner events, and webinars
• Develop and execute APAC event plans aligned to target segments and regional sales goals
• Partner with Sales and ABM to define target accounts, invite lists, and post-event follow-up motions
• Manage local vendor relationships, venue sourcing, event logistics, and guest experience
• Support localized event campaigns focused on regional audiences like enterprise financial institutions and fintechs
• Track and report APAC event performance, including meetings booked and influenced pipeline
• Build relationships with APAC ecosystem partners, fintech communities, and banking networks

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B events, field marketing, or demand marketing experience
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, compliance, payments, or enterprise technology
• Strong project management capability for end-to-end event execution
• Commercially minded with an understanding of pipeline and deal progression metrics
• Based in Singapore with the right to work in Singapore
• Willingness to travel across APAC as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience executing executive dinners and high-level prospect engagements
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
