About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own field marketing strategy, execution, and measurement for the East region in alignment with Enterprise and Mid-Market sales teams
  • Execute account-based marketing (ABM) motions using intent data to prioritize target account lists
  • Build and manage a regional event calendar including dinners, roundtables, meetups, and sponsorships
  • Drive measurable pipeline and manage end-to-end event operations including venues, speakers, and budgets
  • Partner with AEs and SDRs to convert engagement into closed revenue
  • Travel to regional events to represent the company on the ground
  • Develop scalable playbooks and surface regional insights to the broader marketing organization

Requirements

  • Experience at a high-growth startup or hyper-growth public technology company
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline through field programs for Enterprise and Mid-Market sales
  • Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and intent data
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Luma
  • Ability to travel up to 40% within the East region
  • High level of comfort and curiosity regarding AI tools and workflows
