About the role
Responsibilities
- Own field marketing strategy, execution, and measurement for the East region in alignment with Enterprise and Mid-Market sales teams
- Execute account-based marketing (ABM) motions using intent data to prioritize target account lists
- Build and manage a regional event calendar including dinners, roundtables, meetups, and sponsorships
- Drive measurable pipeline and manage end-to-end event operations including venues, speakers, and budgets
- Partner with AEs and SDRs to convert engagement into closed revenue
- Travel to regional events to represent the company on the ground
- Develop scalable playbooks and surface regional insights to the broader marketing organization
Requirements
- Experience at a high-growth startup or hyper-growth public technology company
- Proven track record of driving pipeline through field programs for Enterprise and Mid-Market sales
- Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and intent data
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Luma
- Ability to travel up to 40% within the East region
- High level of comfort and curiosity regarding AI tools and workflows
