About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end field marketing strategy, execution, and measurement for the West region
  • Execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs aligned with target account lists and intent data
  • Build and manage a regional event calendar including dinners, roundtables, and sponsorships
  • Drive measurable pipeline and partner with Enterprise and Mid-Market sales teams to accelerate deals
  • Manage venues, speakers, vendors, and budgets end-to-end
  • Travel within the West region (up to 40%) to run events on the ground
  • Create scalable playbooks for field programs to be replicated as the company scales

Requirements

  • Experience at a high-growth startup or hyper-growth public technology company
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline through field programs for Enterprise/Mid-Market sales
  • Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and intent data
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Luma
  • High comfort level with AI tools and workflows
  • Ability to travel up to 40% within the West region
