About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end field marketing strategy, execution, and measurement for the West region
- Execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs aligned with target account lists and intent data
- Build and manage a regional event calendar including dinners, roundtables, and sponsorships
- Drive measurable pipeline and partner with Enterprise and Mid-Market sales teams to accelerate deals
- Manage venues, speakers, vendors, and budgets end-to-end
- Travel within the West region (up to 40%) to run events on the ground
- Create scalable playbooks for field programs to be replicated as the company scales
Requirements
- Experience at a high-growth startup or hyper-growth public technology company
- Proven track record of driving pipeline through field programs for Enterprise/Mid-Market sales
- Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and intent data
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Luma
- High comfort level with AI tools and workflows
- Ability to travel up to 40% within the West region
