Responsibilities
- Design and execute a data-driven regional marketing plan tailored to large enterprise accounts
- Own regional pipeline targets through high-touch events, executive roundtables, and account-based activations
- Partner with Regional Sales Teams to lead marketing planning and ensure alignment on account priorities
- Manage end-to-end event orchestration from ideation and promotion to vendor management and follow-up
- Track marketing spend against pipeline generated and manage regional budgets
- Provide real-time feedback to Corporate Marketing regarding messaging resonance and competitive shifts
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Field or Revenue Marketing within B2B SaaS (AI, Security, or DevTools preferred)
- Proven experience selling to technical personas like CTO, VP of Engineering, and CISO
- Strong focus on pipeline and ARR rather than just lead generation
- Ability to travel approximately 30% to host events and support sales teams
- Experience producing high-end, "white-glove" executive experiences
- Ability to work onsite in the San Francisco office
