About the role

About the Company

Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a data-driven regional marketing plan tailored to large enterprise accounts
  • Own regional pipeline targets through high-touch events, executive roundtables, and account-based activations
  • Partner with Regional Sales Teams to lead marketing planning and ensure alignment on account priorities
  • Manage end-to-end event orchestration from ideation and promotion to vendor management and follow-up
  • Track marketing spend against pipeline generated and manage regional budgets
  • Provide real-time feedback to Corporate Marketing regarding messaging resonance and competitive shifts

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Field or Revenue Marketing within B2B SaaS (AI, Security, or DevTools preferred)
  • Proven experience selling to technical personas like CTO, VP of Engineering, and CISO
  • Strong focus on pipeline and ARR rather than just lead generation
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% to host events and support sales teams
  • Experience producing high-end, "white-glove" executive experiences
  • Ability to work onsite in the San Francisco office
