Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Build quarterly Field Marketing plans to support regional pipeline and revenue goals
• Develop and execute demand generation programs including events, roadshows, and direct mail
• Forecast and measure the impact of marketing plans on sales cycles
• Own the planning and execution of programs to penetrate key accounts in the region
• Act as the primary marketing resource for regional sales leaders, reps, and partners
• Assist sales leadership in obtaining buy-in for field marketing programs

Requirements

• 5+ years in field marketing or demand generation
• Proven experience building regional plans and working with field teams
• Deep expertise in planning and executing field events
• Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness using data
• Ability to travel 20-25% per quarter for events
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
