Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated quarterly marketing plans aligned to Central European pipeline and revenue targets
• Drive full-funnel demand generation across priority accounts and key market segments
• Deliver field marketing programs including executive roundtables, events, industry conferences, and webinars
• Localise and amplify global campaigns for regional audiences like security leaders and DevOps teams
• Partner with Sales teams to identify and activate Tier 1 and strategic accounts
• Collaborate with cloud and technology partners to execute joint campaigns
• Track and analyse pipeline contribution, engagement, and ROI metrics

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing in B2B technology
• Experience executing regional marketing programs across Central European markets
• Strong collaboration skills with Sales, SDR/BDR, and Partnerships teams
• Understanding of cloud-native, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security
• Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing metrics and attribution
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% across the region
