About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies to generate pipeline and revenue across East and Canada regions
- Partner with sales leadership to align marketing programs with business priorities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives including regional events, digital campaigns, and webinars
- Run executive engagement programs including invitation-only dinners and targeted messaging to drive C-suite relationships
- Analyze pipeline performance and program results to identify growth opportunities
- Track and report on marketing program impact including pipeline, MQLs, and ROI
- Manage external agencies and vendors to support program execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns
- Proven experience partnering with sales teams to drive revenue growth
- Experience building multi-touch marketing programs across events, digital, and campaign channels
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing and sales data
- Proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce, 6sense, or Tableau
- Willingness to travel up to 15%

- Experience managing executive campaigns
